REFUND POLICY

RETURNS


We are proud to offer our customers a quality product, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer a 15-day money back guarantee. Our refund policy will cover you for 15 days after delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this 15-day period has expired.

To be eligible for a return :

● You must advise our Support Team (support@sikaa.ca) within 15 days after receipt of your item.
● The item must be returned to us within 30 days after receipt of your jewellery. 
● Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
● Your item 
must be in the original packaging.
●  You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

● Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following our inspection, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.

Please note that every credit card company is different, and any refunds that have been processed should be completed within a 30 day period. If you have not received your refund 30 days after we have advised that we have received your package, please get in touch with us at support@sikaa.ca.

Please note we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We are also not responsible for errors made during the shipping process, such as entering the incorrect mailing address. 

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES

At Sikaa we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product, however, if your product is damaged or defective, we will offer you an exchange. 

SHIPPING

We ship Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm EST, with the exception of CAN holidays. Please find below a close estimate as to when you should receive your parcel:

3 to 6 business days

USA

4 to 7 business days

International

8 to 15 business days


Please note, if your package is returned to us (Returned to Sender) for the following reasons you will be responsible for paying shipping costs and handling for your return:

  •  The address provided is incorrect.
  • The address provided does not exist.
  • The address provided is insufficient.
  • The addressee has moved and has not informed our Support Team.
  • The package is refused by the addressee.
