We offer a 15-day money back guarantee, please review our refund policy for more details.


WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A REFUND YET?

Depending on your credit card company and/or bank, different transactional processing time occurs before the monetary funds can show in your account. Please note, you can always call your financial institution to know the processing procedures. 

If you have not received a refund 30 days after you have made the request, please contact us at support@sikaa.ca.

TRACKING QUESTIONS

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. If you have not received your tracking number, please send us an email with your name and order number to support@sikaa.ca. 

We will assist you in ensuring that your package is on its way!


SHIPPING  QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER
?

Depending on your address, your shipping cost will be calculated at the Checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm EST, with the exception of CAN holidays. Please find below a close estimate as to when you should receive your parcel:

3 to 6 business days

USA

4 to 7 business days

International

8 to 15 business days


Please note, It can take up to 5 business days to process your order after you place it; however, it normally takes 2-3 business days for your order to dispatch. Once you place your order, we will send you an email confirmation containing the details of your order.

WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already been shipped, we will do our best to update your order. However, if you provided an incorrect address when ordering your jewellery and it is already in the shipping phase we cannot guarantee any additional changes.


WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS)? 

If your package is returned to us (Returned to Sender) for the following reasons you will be responsible for paying shipping costs a second time:

  • The address provided is incorrect.
  • The address provided does not exist.
  • The address provided is insufficient.
  • The addressee has moved and has not informed our Support Team.
  • The package is refused by the addressee.

WHAT ARE YOUR MATERIALS MADE OF?

MY SKIN IS TURNING GREEN AND MY JEWELLERY IS RUSTING, WHAT DO I DO?

Please be advised that everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze, nickel or gold plating. If you are susceptible to this, please avoid buying non-solid gold jewellery.

JEWELLERY ALLERGY

Some people tend to have allergic reactions to some plating; such as nickel, stainless steel, copper, brass or plated metals. The most common is nickel-plating; approximately up to 10% of people react to nickel. Unfortunately, nickel is used to colour gold as an alloy and can also be present during the electroplating process. Each of us reacts differently when the metal comes into contact with our skin's acids and oils. If you know that allergies could be a problem, please avoid buying non-solid gold jewellery.
